Adds docker:build and docker:publish npm scripts
expects DOCKERID to contain the user/organization id for formatting the tag ( DOCKERID/hombrewery:version )
Add CircleCI test to ensure image still builds

1a52347e9b
Tweaked the Image source to use one for 2 digit numbers and one for centered numbers.
...
These results are much better.
Renamed the resulting face
subbed in d10s generated from teh same souce so they would match.
