Trevor Buckner 6b61bb05c0 Update markdown.js ...

- Fix "start" function for Divs and BlockInject, which were being generated mid-line (must start only after a newline)
- Fix Divs consuming part of Spans above them.
- Add % and # as valid characters for inline-styles
