Trevor Buckner 4825df37a8 Remove comments; brotli tests not needed 
Vite currently generates no .br files during build. There are not brotli files to test against.

Best to add those tests when they become relevant, at which point they will need to be rebuilt anyway.

Gazook89 c5aa774daa Move markdown.js and markdownlegacy.js 
Moves the two files up a level, directly in `/shared/`.  Everything else is just updating paths for that.
